Intensive Outpatient Program
What is Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)?
Our Intensive Outpatient Program is tailored for individuals who are prepared to commit to a structured treatment plan. This program requires regular group attendance and active participation, making it suitable for those transitioning from more intensive therapy settings or requiring continued support in managing mental health. The IOP includes one individual session and nine hours of group therapy each week, available during both day and evening to fit various schedules.
Participants in our IOP benefit from a blend of therapeutic approaches. Our groups are facilitated by a diverse array of professionals ranging from experienced therapists to leading mental health experts. This variety ensures that sessions remain engaging and responsive to the evolving needs of our clients.
We recognize that each participant comes with their own unique set of challenges and issues. Our staff is committed to providing the support needed to maintain personal independence and manage mental health effectively. We also encourage the involvement of family and loved ones in therapy exercises, which is crucial for building a robust support network.
The typical duration for staying in the IOP is between 30 to 90 days, depending on individual progress and needs. Our program offers flexibility in scheduling and a supportive environment, allowing clients to remain engaged and motivated throughout their journey to better mental health.
